Do I need a referral to join a class?

No referral is needed to join our group classes. However, if you have a chronic health condition, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate through a Chronic Disease Management Plan (speak to your GP).

How many people are in each class and how long do they run?

Each class runs for 60 minutes, with a maximum of 5 participants. This small group setting ensures you receive personalised support and expert guidance from our Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any personal health equipment (e.g. blood glucose monitor if attending the diabetes class). All other equipment is provided.

Is there parking available at Gladesville Healthcare?

Yes, we have convenient on-site parking available for all patients attending classes or appointments. There’s also free street parking nearby if the car park is full.
